At Vape Haus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-ready apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original polybags with tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of any marks, odors, or pet hair.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
